As a preschool teacher with us at Tollare, you will be part of a creative environment with dedicated colleagues focused on the mission. You will be responsible for teaching and ensuring that care, development, and learning form a balanced whole. You will also be responsible for initiating, leading, and supporting the pedagogical development work and quality work in accordance with applicable governing documents and the organization's values. A pedagogical degree with a focus on younger ages/teacher in preschool with certification and good knowledge of current governing documents is required. You are confident in your leadership role and have a reflective working method. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language; additional language skills are an advantage.

A criminal record extract must be presented before employment.
